| Submission Process: | The potential vendors should submit their quotation and sample of quoted mobile phone set in a sealed envelope with required documents. The sample submitted should be labelled by vendor’s company name. The sealed envelope should be stamped, signed and dated. The subject line of the envelope should be clearly marked “PF No. 2019-01-35 for Mobile Phone Sets.” Please register your submission of sealed quotation and drop in tender box at front desk of the Helen Keller International Nepal Office. Note: The sample of mobile phone set submitted by vendors shall be returned to respective vendors after the selection of a bidder. |
