Helen Keller International (HKI) is working to improve the nutritional status of women and young children through evidence-based research and programs. HKI, CARE, FHI 360, Nepali Technical Assistance Group (NTAG), Equal Access Nepal (EAN), Environment and Public

Health Organization (ENPHO), Vijaya Resource Development Centre

(VDRC) is implementing USAID funded Suaahara II Program (SP II) in 42 districts.  

Description:  

HKI requests sealed bid from potential manufacturers/vendors to supply and deliver mobile phone sets as per mentioned specification in Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Submission Process:   

The potential vendors should submit their quotation and sample of quoted mobile phone set in a sealed envelope with required documents. 

The sample submitted should be labelled by vendor’s company name.   

Quote must be submitted on company letterhead duly signed and stamped by an authorized individual and delivered to the HKI Office in a sealed envelope and addressed to Country Director.  The subject line of the envelope should be clearly marked “PF No. 2019-02-53 for Mobile Sets.” Please register your submission of quotation and drop it in tender box at front desk of the Helen Keller International Nepal Office at Chakupat, Lalitpur. 

Note: The sample of mobile phone set submitted by vendors shall be returned to respective vendors after the selection of a bidder.
