Educational qualifications and experiences: Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant; at least 1 year of experience in HR functions; exposure to Labor Law and SSF; good understanding of HR functions and best practices; excellent written and verbal communication skills; Nepali typing is a must; highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. |
