Senior Program Operations Manager (no.1), based in Kathmandu
Summary of Job Purpose: This position will be responsible to provide administrative, technical and managerial support to the district team to implement SP II at the district level. S/He works jointly with DCOP-Program, Thematic Managers and HKI Core team; responsible for province and district level annual planning, periodic review, suggestions for mitigating the program gaps and capacity building of the district and PNGO team.
Educational qualifications and experiences: Master’s degree in public health/social science/ health/ agriculture/ management/ from a recognized university; minimum 7 years’ of experience in health/ nutrition and food security/livelihood related programs; excellent communication skill in both Nepali and English; excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; experience in managing a large number of people and large scale projects and working with government stakeholders at Federal and Province will be an advantage.
